Lisa was born and raised in Orange County, and currently lives in Mission Viejo. She considers this a wonderful place to live and shares her enthusiasm with all her clients. Coming from beautiful Huntington Beach, Lisa made the decision to move her family down to South Orange County. “I loved the great sense of community and wanted my son to grow up here.” Unfortunately, her plans changed quickly and she became a single mother. Determined to support herself and her son, Lisa returned to school to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
Before moving to real estate as a licensed real estate agent, Lisa worked as a Wholesale Account Executive for Wells Fargo. Lisa has over 15 years in corporate leadership positions, including working at the largest computer distributor in the world as a Senior Product Manager. Though Lisa cultivated a successful career as a technology executive, she had the makings of an exceptional Realtor: an outgoing personality, detail oriented nature, and an understanding of the real estate industry. Strong negotiation skills and committed efforts have enabled Lisa not only to assist countless clients with traditional equity sales and purchases, but have helped hundreds of individual’s complete successful short sales as well. “Though the transactions are emotionally challenging and may be time consuming, I understand there is a tremendous relief from clients who are able to avoid losing their homes to foreclosures.” Lisa takes pride in the way she relates and treats her clients.
During her real estate career, Lisa has proven to be a skilled negotiator and expert strategic planner. She delivers a depth of expertise to her clients. Her goal is to create successful marketing plans and to help families reach their real estate portfolio goals. “When working with my clients, who are looking to sell what is usually their largest and greatest asset, their home, I focus on maximizing exposure of that property and creating a comprehensive marketing plan that I know will work. I let my clients know that their property must be at the forefront of everything I do.”

Lisa spends her free time with her family and loves to travel. Enjoying everything California has to offer, Lisa and her family love skiing and going to the beach. Lisa has volunteered as a foster mom for the French Bulldog Rescue Network and the Pug Dog Rescue for 14 years. She enjoys helping the homeless and abandoned dogs find their forever homes. “Opening up my heart and my home to these animals is incredibly rewarding. Although it’s hard to say ‘goodbye’ to them, I know they will be loved and well taken care of.”
